Welcome to The Wax Suite! Where waxing meets skincare. •Our Mission: At The Wax Suite, our mission is to foster an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere where every client feels valued and heard. We prioritize personalized attention with longer appointment times to discuss your unique skincare goals. With experienced Estheticians, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service, ensuring your experience is comfortable and transformative. •What makes us different from the rest? Having spent years in the industry, we identified a unique opportunity to blend waxing with personalized skincare services. While a bikini wax can be completed in just 10 minutes, our appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes. This allows us ample time to provide not only waxing but also extractions, complimentary skincare, and a chance to address any questions you may have. Our goal is for you to leave with radiant skin and newfound knowledge. Our bikini waxes include stomach strip, inner thighs and a high frequency treatment with every appointment. (We are currently female only bikini waxing) •Policies: We require 50% deposit for all new clients. This deposit will go towards your appointment. After that we no longer require deposits. We do have a 24 hour cancellation period. We do our best to accommodate everyone. If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice, a 50% fee will apply. If we can pull someone from the waitlist to cover your time slot, we will waive the fee. The best way to avoid fees is communication. We have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes we may have to reschedule or we may not have enough time to complete all services booked. Children are welcome because we get it! We just ask that they are well behaved. Feel free to bring toys, iPad, snacks for them. •FAQ’s Does my deposit go towards my service? Yes! We only require a deposit for your first visit. Do you offer male bikini waxes? Not currently. Our current estheticians are not trained for male bikini waxes but we see the demand. As we expand, we are looking for qualified estheticians to perform male bikini waxes. Can I wax on my period? Absolutely! We just ask that you have in a clean tampon or diva cup. We wax woman on their cycle everyday, so no need to reschedule! What is the vajacial service? We offer two different vajacial services. First, any bikini wax with vajacial will include your wax, extractions, high frequency treatment, customized skincare and a hydrogel mask to lock in ingredients and help with any inflammation. The Deluxe Vajacial is meant to be booked 2 weeks after waxing or shaving. This is a mini facial for “down there.” This service is 20-30 minutes and includes, steam, gentle enzyme cleanser, pineapple and papaya enzyme mask to help digest dead skin cells, extractions, high frequency treatment and customized skincare based on your overall skincare goals. •Do you offer facials? Yes! We offer multiple facials using our Green Envee line. All products are plant derived and organic, ready to leave you glowing! What is high frequency? High frequency is a skincare treatment that uses a mild electrical current to stimulate the skin. After a bikini wax, it can help soothe the area by reducing inflammation and minimizing redness. Additionally, it may aid in preventing ingrown hairs and promoting faster healing by improving circulation and oxygenating the skin. I think you missed some hairs, can I come back in? Of course we want every client to be satisfied with their service. If we missed hair from your wax, you have 5 days to come in for touch up. Cancellation Policy
